In a friendly setting, this Amber Pleasure takes us into the world of Michael and Nancy. The service of madame is lovely and small details that participate in the pleasure of our meal. Add immediately that the wine list - 70 references - is remarkably composed and the service at the glass allows you to drink in moderation of excellent wines, to accompany the cuisine by a talented chef trained in top establishments, including abroad - whose specialty is the fish, which is to work of the ingredients and seasonal. Our favourite is the fish of the day - bar, bream, langoustine, Scallops according to delivery -, the perfect cooking meat - as this veal of the Alps, vegetable root, drippings - and the layout of the products in dishes that real works of art including Different favourite for desserts, with famous soufflé with the chartreuse or a removed from the structure vacherin of citrus fruit that should make gossip all gourmands. That is the right restaurant will delight gourmets Briançon and its region! At their ovens, Michael Chassagnieux only works with fresh produce and therefore season. He signed a gourmet kitchen, personal and surprisingly generous. We appreciate the presentation and creative dishes. In the dining room, Nancy, his wife, provides service with kindness and courtesy. All in a setting that is both warm and refined. A real pleasure which it would be a shame not.
